WHAT IS SYSTEMIC AND INTEGRATIVE COACHING?

Systemic coaching looks at you not in isolation, but in the context of the systems you are part of: relationships, work environments, family structures, social setting, and so on.

Integrative means that I draw from different disciplines and approaches, including systemic coaching, psychology, elements of psychotherapy and embodied practices.

Coaching is not about quick fixes or being told what to do. It is a collaborative process grounded in openness and reflection. Rather than giving advice, I expand perspectives, strengthen self-leadership, and support meaningful change — as a partner at eye level.

I do not offer fixed formulas or rigid step-by-step frameworks.
My role as a coach is not to tell you what is right or wrong. Instead, I support you in finding your own answers that are aligned with your values, your needs and your vision.

I guide the process with clarity and structure, bring the right questions and methods, and create a safe, focused space where you can explore what is alive in you.

We begin with a free introductory call where we clarify your intentions and explore whether we feel aligned.

Coaching sessions are always 1:1,
usually online, and last around 75 minutes.

If you have never experienced coaching before and are unsure what to expect, you can think of it as an open, honest conversation in a safe and focused space. You bring what feels present and relevant, and I guide you deeper through thoughtful questions, reflection, and structure.

All conversations are treated with strict confidentiality and held in a safe, respectful space.

The rhythm and number of sessions are fully tailored to your needs and pace.

Between sessions, you may receive impulses or reflections to integrate insights into your everyday life.

I remain accessible between sessions to support continuity and meaningful progress.

  • Sessions usually take place online. I bring a range of methods and tools into each session and intuitively choose what best supports you in the moment. When helpful, I also visualize key aspects of our work and capture important insights in writing. I guide you through the process with thoughtful questions, reflection, and presence, always oriented toward what helps you move forward most clearly.

  • This is highly individual and depends on your topic, your pace, and your current life situation. From experience, I recommend a minimum of three sessions to allow for first tangible shifts. Some topics can be clarified in a shorter timeframe, while others benefit from ongoing support to integrate new perspectives more sustainably. We decide on the scope together.

  • No. Many people come to coaching without a clear goal. Often, there is simply a sense that something no longer feels quite aligned. Coaching creates space to explore your themes, needs, and possibilities. Clarity emerges step by step — without pressure and in your own time.

  • Between sessions, you receive little impulses or reflection exercises to support integration into everyday life. I am also available in between sessions, especially during challenging moments, to help you stay connected to your process and continue moving forward.

  • Many people today call themselves coaches, as the term is not legally regulated or protected. My work is grounded in a systemic and integrative coaching education, combined with years of experience as a trainer and business coach. I work holistically — not only on a mental level, but also including emotional and bodily awareness. Most importantly, I accompany you as a partner at eye level. You are not walking this path alone — I walk alongside you throughout the entire process.
